Quartez of HHAD had the pleasure of choppin’ it up with the legend, MC Shan from the world-renowned Juice Crew. During this segment, MC Shan talks about meeting fame-producer and Juice Crew head, Marley Marl and what he had to do to get his attention. Also, giving credit to Roxanne Shante, fellow Juice Crew member, for opening the door to his rap career.
Later in the segment, Shan gives praise to Melle Mel of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five for his influences.
