That Time When Papoose Names U.S. Top Brands During a “Fortune 500” Freestyle

Have you ever heard someone give props to a vocalist so much that they say he or she “can sing the phone book?” Well, what about a lyricist who could name the top U.S. brands in a freestye? Papoose did just that in a dope freestyle posted on Instagram back in 2019.

While looking at the list – which includes Googe, Apple, and McDonald’s, to name a few – the Brooklyn-native effortlessy named each one while using the brands as metaphors.

“Google me, I’m well known in the Big Apple/AT&T reach out and touch you I get at you/Making M’s like McDonalds, I’m a hustler too/so I gotta flipped that over to get the ‘W’,” Pap raps.
